Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to coaching programs, workshops, assessments, and other paid services offered by Padmaja Penmetsa / Joypreneur ("we", "us"). By enrolling in or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Coaching Programs & Workshops
Fees paid for 1:1 coaching, masterminds, and workshops are refundable if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
2. Assessments & Digital Reports
The Emotional Coherence Index™ assessment and any digital reports generated from it are non-refundable once the report has been delivered, as the service is fulfilled immediately upon submission.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email your request to ednosphire@gmail.com with your name, program name, and date of purchase.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of documented medical or personal emergencies.
